Anu Thailam Oil is a nose oil or nasal oil that has traditionally been used in Ayurveda for issues pertaining to the head and neck (sinusitis and headache).
Anu Oil can be used daily for Nasya. Nasya is one of the 5 Panchakarma (Ayurvedic detoxification therapies) techniques traditionally used in India.
*Please note Anu Thailam 100ml is a refill and comes without a glass dropper for dispensing.

I recently discovered that this oil also settles a cough as well as all the other wonderful health benefits.
I had a cold with a dry rough cough in the mornings and the cough instantly disappeared when I applied my Nasya oil, my head cold was also alleviated. Love Love Love this oil !

My son has used the oil for years and recommended it to help with sinusitis, I find the oil cleansing and effective, someone to help with putting the drops into the nasal passage really helps, a clear breath helps to clear the head.
